Two-year project for the commercialization of innovative power distribution devices successfully completed

HELB successfully completes the project for the commercialization of innovations and confirms its commitment to continuous technological advancement.

The two-year project “Commercialization of Innovative Power Distribution Devices”, co-financed by grants from the European Structural and Investment Funds under the call for proposals “Commercialization of Innovations” (NPOO.C1.1.2.R2-I5.01), has been successfully completed.

Two innovative products were prepared for the market through the project – EnMS (rebranded as HELBEX) and control cabinet for existing oil wells.

EnMS (Energy Management System) is a device that simultaneously measures electrical parameters for multiple consumers or sources and, with the help of user software, allows for easy analysis and optimization of electricity costs. The key advantages of this product include its compactness (requiring less equipment and installation space), ease of connection, and advanced software that provides online access to measurement data and serves as a basis for energy cost analysis.

Control cabinet for existing oil wells is a device designed to improve oil production, especially those nearing the end of their life cycle. The device increases production through the injection of specific electrical parameters, while the software allows for easy control of the device via a programmable logic controller (PLC). Key features of the product include an improved design that reduces weight, ease of connection, robustness, and the ability to operate continuously 24/7 after installation.

Additionally, new production, testing, and IT equipment was acquired as part of the project, contributing to improvements in business processes and organizational efficiency. Intellectual property for the products has also been protected, with a trademark HELBEX (Helb Energy Expert) registered for EnMS and an industrial design secured for control cabinet for existing oil wells in EU markets.

The project also involved participation in international trade fairs, with 15 HELB employees contributing to its implementation. The realization of this project will enhance the company’s competitiveness in both domestic and international markets, as well as strengthen HELB’s innovative capacities.
