HELB Ltd. was founded in 1990. And since then, the company has been involved with the energy industry, mainly with the state-owned Oil Company INA and the Electrical Company - HEP Group. In time, the scope and the complexity of the services increased, due to the flexibility and quality of work and promptness of response to customers' requests. Some expert engineers from the Končar Group joined the team as well.
In 1994 the company conducted an independent reconstruction and commissioning of substations in the oil field Đeletovci immediately after the peaceful reintegration of the national territory, which was the 1st reconstruction project for the company on a MV substation. In 1995 the company already had a dozen of employees which gave a strong contribution to projects in INA Oil fields.
Entering into the sector of exploration of Oil andGas in 1998 the company developed the 1st MCC container for the national drilling company Crosco - Integrated Drilling and Well Services Ltd. in 1999.

Expert staff consisting of experienced electrical fitters, foremen, engineers and project managers successfully perform more and more demanding jobs. In addition to participating on projects related to the production, transmission and distribution of electric power, HELB is involved with the development of ancillary power plants for the developing road infrastructure in Croatia. The production of equipment and devices for the energy industry becomes an increasing part of the company's scope of work, and a special part of production and related research and development goes to the oil industry.
